Mustafa Abu Al -Azm, Director General of the Cooperative Insurance Egyptian Association, underlined the association’s commitment to improve sports activity in IT and between workers in the banking and non -banking financial sector, expressing its great happiness that Egyptian Cooperative Insurance Association won third place in this Ramadan sport course.
This tournament, which is organized by the General Union of Banking, Insurance and Financial Work, is one of the important activities that aims to improve the spirit of honorable cooperation and competition between workers in the sector, and the association’s victory is an affirmation of the importance of the role it plays to support sports activities in the insurance community.
For his part, Sulaf Darwish, the agent of the workforce in the House of Representatives and the head of the General Union of Workers in Banks, said that the importance of these events in the promotion of mathematical culture between workers, noting that this tournament contributes to the construction of solid relations between the institutions of the sector, as well as its positive impact in the realization of the morale of the participants.
In a speech for her during the closing ceremony, representative Sulaf Darwish expressed his pride in the participation of the General Union of Bank, Insurance and Financial Work in the organization of these events which combine sport and the spirit of cooperation between workers in the sector.
She added: “Sport is not only a way to maintain physical health, but also a means of improving cooperation between individuals and building a team spirit, and these activities represent a real opportunity to develop our professional relationships in an enthusiastic and serious sporting environment.”
Darwish has also stressed that the union will continue to support various sports activities, noting that the Ramadan session is part of the current strategy which aims to encourage workers to participate in physical activities, which reflects the role of the Union in the care of the aspects of the life of all workers, not only professionally, but also in the development of their health and their social life.
In a related context, Abu Al -Azm stressed that the cooperative Egyptian association has always sought to provide a stimulating mathematical environment for its employees, because it considers that sport is one of the means to improve teamwork and physical and psychological health, noting that the association of the association collecting the third post in this tournament is the fruit of this strategic vision.

The director general of the Cooperative Insurance Association said that the association’s team had managed to prove its value by excellent in many games to obtain third place, and shows the high and professional level of performance that the players appreciated.
Abu Al -Azm has said that the association will continue to support sports activities and work to organize activities similar in the future to encourage employees to participate in sports and improve physical health, as part of the association’s strategy to motivate employees to adopt an active and healthy lifestyle.
